As an engaging and valued center for art, craft, and design, our mission is to increase the visibility, viability, and vitality of Australian glass within the cultural landscape. We provide artists with state-of-the-art equipment, intensive workshops taught by leading glass artists, studios, residency programs, and a unique context to explore, develop, and realize new work. Visitors have diverse opportunities to interact with and learn about glass making, as well as the heritage of Canberra's Kingston Power House. Meet artists, witness glassmaking in action, view exhibitions, take tours, and even have a hands-on experience working with glass.
