## Description

La Roche-Posay is a skincare brand whose mission is to improve quality of life through healthy skin. Drawing on its skincare expertise, the brand recognizes that cancer treatments can affect skin, hair and nails, while also impacting many other aspects of a person’s life. To help address these wider needs, it provides a free online supportive-care resource for people living with cancer and those caring for them.

The resource offers separate 15-minute learning sessions for patients and caregivers, with practical information on topics including mental health and work, treatment-related changes to skin, hair and nails, mouth and stomach concerns, nutrition, pain and fatigue. Its aim is to help participants better understand supportive care and become advocates for it throughout the cancer journey.

La Roche-Posay developed the resource in partnership with the Union for International Cancer Control and worked with the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer. It also highlights the work of AFSOS, an organization focused on supportive cancer care.
