## Description

Cancer FIT+ is an online health and wellbeing brand supporting people from cancer diagnosis through treatment and beyond. Founded by physiotherapists Robyn Bayly and Julee Binns, who have more than 20 years of experience in cancer rehabilitation, the service aims to make practical support affordable, flexible and accessible, alongside care from medical professionals.

Its resources focus on three areas: fitness, mindset and nutrition. Online fitness sessions include short classes in exercise, Pilates and restorative movement, with options ranging from seated, lower-intensity activities to more challenging workouts. Courses such as the six-week BOOST programme provide structured, day-by-day guidance for a range of fitness levels. Mindset coaching offers bite-sized videos and practical suggestions addressing concerns such as motivation, fatigue, sleep and resilience. Nutrition advice and cancer-focused educational resources help members explore ways to nourish their bodies and manage common challenges.

Cancer FIT+ also offers the MomohoMovement online community, where participants can connect, access additional learning resources, join challenges and receive encouragement.
