# Create and Connect Art Therapy and Counseling - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `candcarttherapy.com` ## Description Create & Connect is a trauma-informed counseling and art therapy practice serving adults in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Based in Baltimore, the practice offers virtual appointments throughout both states, with in-person availability in Maryland. Its therapists support people whose work or personal responsibilities involve caring for, protecting, or serving others, including first responders, service members, veterans, military spouses, helping professionals, caregivers, and adults navigating life transitions. Services include trauma therapy, board-certified art therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. The practice also provides clinical consultation and supervision for clinicians. Its approach recognizes that prolonged stress, trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue can affect a person’s sense of safety, relationships, and connection to themselves. Therapy is designed to make room for each client’s experiences and strengths, without expecting them to perform or have everything figured out. Create & Connect invites prospective clients to begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to ask questions, discuss their needs, and consider whether the practice is a good fit. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=61585601580677) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/candcarttherapyllc) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/111615504) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idd7MkZE5O/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793073094192) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idd7MkZE5O/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793073094281) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Astral | #3971aa | accent | | River Bed | #4a5464 | dark | | Alabaster | #fafafa | light | ## Fonts - Cormorant Garamond — asset _(google)_ - Manrope — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
