Welcome to Canopy Forum, a digital publication from the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. We provide expert analysis on important issues of law and religion around the world. Our contributors deliver thought-provoking essays, literature highlights, and engaging series that explore the interactions between law and religion. From discussing the controversial aspects of monuments to examining the promise and perils of religious arbitration, we offer a diverse range of topics. In addition to our written content, we also have a podcast called Interactions, where you can listen to article reads, roundtable discussions, and expert analysis. Currently, we are hosting an online symposium and essay series exploring various aspects of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
