## Description

Cape Classic Series is a Western Cape sailing series bringing together three dinghy regattas hosted by established yacht clubs. Its events combine competitive dinghy and multihull racing with organised event experiences, prizes, promotions and a welcoming atmosphere for sailors and their families. The series is hosted by Zeekoe Vlei Yacht Club, Theewater Sports Club and Hermanus Yacht Club, with regattas scheduled at different points in the season: the Zeekoe Vlei Classic in September, the Theewater Classic in December, and the Hermanus Classic in February. The website lists the next series event as the Theewater Classic, scheduled for 28 and 29 November 2026 at Theewater Sports Club. Cape Classic Series shares event information, results and gallery content, and provides a Notice of Race for participants. It also features information for dinghy and multihull sailors, alongside details of special lessons and camps. Event news and information are available by email subscription. The series invites sailors and their families to take part in its regattas and enjoy a weekend of sailing and related activities.
