## Description

Associazione Capirsi Down Monza is a volunteer organisation based in Monza, Italy, dedicated to inclusion and to supporting people with Down syndrome and their families. The association develops projects that encourage independence, participation and personal growth, while creating opportunities for people with and without disabilities to connect through culture and community life.

Its activities include housing and shared-living pathways, practical cooking courses and initiatives such as “Da solo ci riesco,” which promotes autonomy through co-habitation experiences and everyday skills. The “Culture of Inclusion” programme offers activities for different age groups, including music therapy, reading, self-expression, personal development and civic responsibility. The organisation also lists initiatives for siblings, school support and families navigating a disability diagnosis.

Alongside these programmes, Capirsi Down Monza organises events, cultural activities and fundraising gatherings, including concerts and community occasions. The association invites people to participate as volunteers or members and welcomes donations to support its work. It is registered in Italy’s National Single Register of the Third Sector as a volunteer organisation.
