Capital Clubhouse is a year-round recreational and sports complex in Waldorf, Maryland, operated by Black Bear Sports Group, Inc. The 90,000-square-foot facility welcomes people of all ages and offers a range of sports, recreation, and event opportunities. Its venues include an NHL-size ice rink, a 200-by-85-foot multi-sport court, and a rock-climbing wall, supported by eight locker rooms, four party and meeting rooms, concessions, and Exurb Fitness.

Programs cover public skating, learn-to-skate instruction, figure skating, and hockey for youth and adults. Hockey options include introductory programs, clinics and camps, recreational leagues, drop-in sessions, and travel teams, including the SOMD Sabres and SOMD Lady Sabres. The clubhouse also offers skating camps, freestyle sessions, birthday parties, group events, and corporate or community gatherings. Its spaces can host themed events, expos, trade shows, shows, and concerts. Visitors can find schedules, program information, team stores, and registration details through the clubhouse, while its mailing list shares updates on programs and events.
