## Description

The Capoeira Spot is a brand that offers a unique space for people of all ages and abilities to learn and grow in the art of capoeira. With over 20 years of experience, they have developed a teaching approach that emphasizes the values of warrior training, creative exploration, and community support. As the home of CapoeiraDC, a nonprofit organization, their mission is to promote the Afro-Brazilian martial art of capoeira in the DC community and empower future generations. Safety, proper technique, and constant awareness are priorities in their classes, as they train students in strength, agility, reflexes, and strategy. They also encourage self-expression and creativity through capoeira's movement, music, and jogo (game). By joining The Capoeira Spot, students become active contributors to their own development, the growth of their peers, and the cultivation of a positive community. Moreover, the brand values consistent effort and offers a supportive environment for students to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Through capoeira, they aim to help individuals discover and manifest their unique gifts.
