## Description

Capoeira Guanabara Sweden is a capoeira group rooted in Rio de Janeiro, offering training in Stockholm and Norrköping. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that builds strength, fitness and mobility while introducing participants to music, history and cultural traditions. The group combines training with enjoyment and a welcoming sense of community, and invites newcomers to try a first class. Its activities include classes for children, young people and adults, with local information on schedules and prices available for each city. The group is led by experienced instructors, including founder Mestre DiMola, who has held the Mestre rank for more than 20 years, and Mestra Pintada, who leads a large children’s group and focuses on supporting young people’s confidence through capoeira. In Stockholm, Instrutor Fruta Seca leads the group and its children’s and youth activities. Capoeira Guanabara also holds events such as Batizado e troca de cordas, bringing participants together to train, dance, celebrate and learn. The group shares news and media online and welcomes people interested in discovering capoeira.
