## Description

CapricornConnect is a Switzerland-based executive search, recruitment and media brand focused on connecting organisations with senior talent and decision-makers. Founded by Jakob Barandun, the business works to access the hidden job market, particularly for C-level and board positions, and supports leaders through career transitions and executive coaching. Its recruitment approach is data-informed and can include job simulations and competency analysis to help assess candidates and match them with organisational needs.

Alongside talent services, CapricornConnect produces a business video podcast featuring people from business, sport, arts, music and society. Hosted by Barandun, the conversations explore guests’ experiences, challenges, decisions and personal journeys. The company offers a professional studio setting and develops podcast content packages for distribution across channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. These appearances help guests share their perspectives, strengthen their professional profiles and introduce their organisations to an audience of entrepreneurs, executives and other decision-makers. CapricornConnect serves clients in Switzerland and internationally, combining executive recruitment with podcast production and content distribution.
