CARA is a non-profit organization committed to the sustainable development of the Arequipa region. Our mission is to promote dialogue and collaboration among various social actors, including students, youth, educators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, officials, and public authorities, in order to address the challenges and opportunities of our environment. We achieve this through various congresses aimed at generating change agents and collectively driving the region's development. We offer different initiatives tailored to specific groups. For students, we motivate and inspire them while providing guidance on their career paths. We equip young people with personal development tools and information to empower them as change agents. We provide entrepreneurs with the necessary management skills for the optimal development of their projects and microenterprises. We offer training and motivation to teachers and school directors and emphasize their impact as agents of development. We also address thematic areas such as public administration, employability, and business management to foster dialogue and find solutions for the region. Our upcoming events in 2023 include the SCHOLAR congress, the YOUTH congress, the ENTREPRENEURSHIP congress, the EDUCATION congress, and the CENTRAL congress.
