## Description

CardBase is a Swiss marketplace for trading collectible card games, designed to connect local buyers and sellers in a secure, community-driven environment. The platform supports Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece Card Game, and other games, with tools to search cards, browse offers, and explore popular sets. Listings include details such as card condition, language, price in Swiss francs, availability, and seller location. CardBase emphasizes verified sellers, document-based account checks, and buyer protection, with payment released only after the buyer receives the cards. Customers can also post requests describing a card, its condition, language, and budget, allowing sellers to respond with offers. For sellers, CardBase provides a way to list cards, set prices, ship directly to buyers, and receive payouts to a Swiss bank account; the stated seller fee is 7%, with payouts available on demand. Beyond its marketplace, CardBase features trading events, tournaments, prereleases, and meetups, alongside a card browser and development blog.
