Cardinal Services is a brand that has been providing care and support to individuals with disabilities for over 65 years. It all began when parents in Kosciusko County were faced with a lack of resources to help them raise their children with disabilities. Determined to find a solution closer to home, these parents connected through the local newspaper and started classes for their children at a family home in Milford.

What started as a small group of children learning basic skills quickly grew into an organization with a staff of 380 employees serving nearly 6,500 people each year. Cardinal Services offers a range of services, including residential living, day services, work services, behavior consulting, and programs for children and families facing challenges. They also provide transportation services through the Kosciusko Area Bus Service (KABS).

Cardinal Services is committed to promoting social justice, equality, and dignity for all. They stand with those fighting against systemic racism and discrimination, and they continue to advocate for the rights of individuals with disabilities.
