## Description

Cardinals Uniforms & Logos is an independent educational project dedicated to documenting the rich history of the St. Louis Cardinals franchise, particularly focusing on the evolution of their uniforms and logos since the team's inception in 1882. This mission arose from a desire to correct inaccuracies often seen in historical sports imagery and to provide a reliable resource for fans and researchers alike. The site showcases an extensive database of uniform designs, logos, and their chronological changes, supported by years of thorough research complemented by historical photos, newspaper clippings, and artifacts.

In addition to sharing their findings online, the team behind Cardinals Uniforms & Logos published a comprehensive book titled "Cardinals Uniforms and Logos: An Illustrated History 1882-2016," which has garnered acclaim. The website serves as a dynamic platform that allows for ongoing updates and improvements to the historical records, ensuring that users can access accurate information about the beloved franchise's storied past. For inquiries or contributions, the team encourages visitors to reach out directly.
