Care1st Health Plan Arizona is a customer-focused Medicaid health plan committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families. Serving Arizona communities since 2003, Care1st has focused on members in Apache, Coconino, Mohave, Navajo, and Yavapai counties. It is part of the Arizona Complete Health family of health plans, which also includes coverage for other Arizona residents through Wellcare Medicare Advantage and Ambetter Marketplace plans.
