Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is a registered charitable organization located in Oshawa, Ontario. Our services include health promotion and wellness programs, primary care, counselling and mental health support, diabetes education, geriatric assessment and intervention, and outreach for Hepatitis C screening and treatment.
