## Description

CareFacts is an independent UK directory and research service for adult social care, operated by 37x Limited. Built from public registers maintained by the Care Quality Commission, the Care Inspectorate, Care Inspectorate Wales and RQIA, it brings together information on 36,224 registered services across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The directory covers care homes, nursing homes, home care agencies, supported living, extra care housing, day care, hospices, nursing agencies and Shared Lives schemes.

CareFacts retains each regulator’s own rating terminology and provides a broad comparison band across nations, while showing how old an inspection is so visitors can interpret ratings in context. For suppliers, investors, lenders and advisers, CareFacts offers scoped provider, geography or care-type briefs based on attributed public-register evidence.
