## Description

Care Home OS (CHOS) is an all-in-one platform designed to help UK care homes manage daily operations and maintain CQC-aligned records. It brings resident information, care plans, daily wellbeing logs, medication administration (eMAR), staff compliance, incidents, training and audit trails together in one system. Entries are timestamped and attributed, helping teams keep records current as they work and access evidence for inspections without assembling it separately.

The platform also supports medication stock management, safeguarding reports, staff onboarding and checks, document storage, rota scheduling, timesheets, internal handovers and management reporting. Dashboards cover the five CQC domains, while multi-site tools give groups an overview across their homes. A secure family portal provides relatives with daily updates, and a care-home search helps people explore CQC-registered homes in England. Dispensing providers can use a linked workspace for order queues and accuracy checks. CHOS includes unlimited staff and lists its subscription at £1 per resident per month, with a £10 monthly minimum and a seven-day free trial.
