## Description

Care and Wellness is an NDIS service provider supporting people across the Brisbane, Logan and Gold Coast communities. The organisation aims to help people of different ages and abilities pursue their goals and live more independently, with support shaped around each person’s preferences, circumstances and NDIS journey. Its approach is grounded in care, compassion, empathy, respect, dignity, equality and inclusion, and its team works collaboratively with participants to support their broader personal goals.
