## Description

CareYeti is a software platform for home care agencies, bringing scheduling, visit records, timesheets, caregiver documents, training records and electronic visit verification (EVV) together in one app. It works on iPhone, iPad and the web, connecting agency office staff with caregivers in the field.

Caregivers can view their upcoming visits, clock in and out, check off care tasks and collect a client signature using the app. Location is checked at clock-in and clock-out. The caregiver experience is available in English, Spanish, Hmong, Somali, Russian and Vietnamese. Timesheets are built from recorded visit times and organized by pay period, helping agencies prepare payroll from actual visits.

For agency staff, CareYeti provides a weekly schedule, visit details and clear sync statuses, with pending or failed EVV visits highlighted so they can be reviewed and corrected. The platform sends visit data to HHAeXchange, Minnesota’s EVV aggregator, and supports signatures or applicable reason codes when a client cannot sign. CareYeti also offers product demonstrations for agencies.
