## Description

Tom Carnewal is a brand that aims to deliver durable revenue growth to its customers by reducing churn, optimizing upsell, and growing new business. With almost 15 years of experience in the IT and SaaS world, Tom founded Carnewal Consult Ltd as a management company and used it to fund and co-found two technology startups. However, when the pandemic hit in 2020, Tom decided to transform Carnewal Consult into a service organization focused on helping other companies grow their recurring revenue. This led to the development of the Customer Cross concept, which explores the impact of customer success on recurring revenue. Tom and his son restyled the company, and the Customer Cross methodology was presented to the public at industry events.
