## Description

Carol’s Support Services offers counselling in Northampton, with online counselling available across the UK. The practice provides one-to-one sessions tailored to each person’s needs, supporting clients who want to understand themselves better, build confidence, or find a clearer sense of direction. Its Walk ’N’ Talk therapy combines gentle walks in natural settings with reflective conversation, creating a relaxed environment for exploring thoughts and feelings. The approach draws on the mental health benefits of nature, including potential support for reduced stress, improved mood, clarity, and self-awareness.

Sessions can address anxiety, stress, identity, belonging, self-confidence, and self-exploration. The service is inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming, respecting and celebrating different gender identities and sexual orientations. It aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for people who feel lost, disconnected, uncertain about who they are, or unable to share difficult emotions elsewhere. Clients are welcome to explore any aspect of their lives, including experiences they may see as unusual or outside mainstream understanding.
