Carondara Foundation, meaning love (caron) and compassion (dara) in Welsh and Hebrew, is a brand dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable and internally displaced children in IDP camps. Since 2019, Carondara has fed a total of 1000 children, providing them with warm meals, education, empowerment, and the beautiful good news of Jesus Christ. It all started with the founder's business model, where for every 3 plates of food sold, a hungry child receives a free meal. The first outreach took place on May 5th, 2019, when a generous soul sponsored meals for 15 children. From there, Carondara continued to grow and expand. As a volunteer-driven organization, Carondara embraces the need for expansion in order to reach more children in need. They consider themselves as the middle man of middle men, with volunteers like you being a crucial part of their story.
