Casa Rosa is the Oost-Vlaams Regenbooghuis, serving as the umbrella organization for around 20 Oost-Vlaamse associations for LGBTQ+ individuals and transgender persons. Their mission is to provide a house and a home for LGBTQ+ people and their communities by offering a meeting place, information, support, and organizing various activities. Casa Rosa welcomes all individuals and groups interested in and working on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Some of the projects and initiatives that Casa Rosa is involved in include the 81|21 EXPOSED photo exhibition, Casa Cast, the 10-day Veerkracht event, the ILGA World Conference, the We Connect initiative, and the 10 days of Casa Rosa during the Gentse Feesten. They also conduct research on topics like menstruation poverty and 'non-binary in Gent'. To support their cause, Casa Rosa is always on the lookout for volunteers and ambassadors.
