CASA of West Texas is a brand dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children in the foster care system. Their mission is to recruit, train, and support committed volunteers who are appointed by the court to ensure the well-being of these vulnerable children. The brand's history dates back to 1977 when a Seattle juvenile court judge realized the need for citizen volunteers to speak up for abused and neglected children.

Since then, CASA of West Texas has become an umbrella agency under Centers for Children and Families, and in April 2000, it achieved independence. Today, CASA of West Texas serves volunteers and abused children in seven counties, including Midland, Howard, Martin, Dawson, Gaines, Andrews, and Glasscock Counties. With nearly 1,000 CASA programs across 49 states and the District of Columbia, CASA of West Texas is part of a nationwide network that has made a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
