## Description

Casey Brewing and Blending is a craft brewery based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, focused on bringing old-world brewing techniques to modern beer drinkers. The company makes consciously blended beers using an open fermentation process, aiming for complex, balanced, and approachable flavors. Its brewing emphasizes local sourcing: the site says more than 99% of its ingredients come from Colorado. The beers are aged in oak barrels, and all are bottle conditioned, reflecting a hands-on approach to fermentation and blending. Casey is particularly associated with Belgian-style sour beers, which it describes as award-winning. Visitors can experience the beers at the Casey taproom at 711 Grand Avenue in Glenwood Springs; tasting room tickets are available online. The brewery also offers private events and shares updates about its process, beer releases, and activities through its website and newsletter. Casey Brewing and Blending presents itself as a locally rooted producer combining traditional methods, Colorado ingredients, and careful blending to create distinctive beers for contemporary consumers.
