Boy Scouts of America, Catalina Council is the premier Scouting organization serving the youth of Southern Arizona. With a history dating back to 1910, the Boy Scouts of America is one of the largest youth organizations in the United States, boasting over 2. 4 million youth participants and nearly one million adult volunteers.

As a founding member organization of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, the BSA is deeply rooted in the international Scout Movement. The Boy Scouts of America aims to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices throughout their lives by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
