Catalysti is a non-profit art association founded in 2013, dedicated to supporting transcultural artists in Finland. We operate at the intersection of activism and artistic production, promoting member activities, organizing exhibitions and events, and providing networking opportunities. Our goal is to foster knowledge sharing and craft development among our members, who mainly work in contemporary visual arts, music, literature, dance, performance, and multidisciplinary fields.

At Catalysti, diversity, inclusion, and equity are the pillars on which we were built and continue to function. Membership is free, and our services aim to create a support structure for artists, transcending artistic borders between disciplines. Since our establishment, we have initiated, produced, and participated in over 200 art events, striving to democratize our operations and create a more sustainable and multi-voiced organization.

We represent transcultural artists and other art professionals based in Finland, covering a wide range of disciplines and mediums.
