## Description

Cat Civilization (CatCiv) is a Minecraft civilization server created and operated by NovaVoid, a project of Dead Reverie Studio LLC. Free to play on Java and Bedrock, it brings players together in a shared world where everyone appears as a custom, animated 3D cat, with no mods required. Players can claim territory, build settlements, establish nations, invite citizens, and shape political systems. Diplomacy, alliances, rivalries, trade, and declared wars are driven by the community, while the server provides tools for managing land and nations.

The world does not reset, so cities, borders, and player decisions carry forward. Its economy uses catnip, a player-driven currency, with automated chest shops, a global market, and trade routes between nations. Major events are documented on a public wiki, creating a community-written history of the world. CatCiv also offers collectible cat appearances, a getting-started guide, community support through Discord, leaderboards, a world map, and a store featuring cosmetic-only perks and physical merchandise. Players across Java, Bedrock, consoles, and mobile share the same world and gameplay.
