## Description

Caterpillar Music is a music and movement brand offering fun, educational, multisensory experiences for babies and toddlers. Founded in 2001, the organisation says its sessions are based on Montessori principles, with enjoyment at the heart of its approach. Carefully planned activities combine singing, music-making, movement and sensory play, using varied props to encourage children to participate at their own pace.

Sessions are designed to support children’s physical, language and social skills, as well as their confidence, concentration and memory. Caterpillar Music offers regular classes for families, alongside parties and special events, nursery sessions and intergenerational classes. Parents, carers and childcare professionals can use the website to find a nearby class, and the brand also provides a shop and music resources, including a Caterpillar CD mentioned by a customer.

The organisation serves families and early-years settings through local class hosts, with sessions described as welcoming and adaptable for children at different stages of development. Caterpillar Music also invites prospective operators to explore franchise opportunities.
