## Description

The Australian Speleological Federation (ASF) is a dedicated environmental organization focused on conserving Australia’s unique cave and karst ecosystems. Registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, the ASF represents the interests of 24 caving clubs and over 950 members across the country. Their mission includes promoting safe caving practices, conducting research, and providing educational resources to the community about the significance of karst environments.

Additionally, the ASF manages the Karst Conservation Fund, which supports projects aimed at protecting these vital natural resources. They organize events like the upcoming 33rd ASF Conference, "Caving in the Moonlight," set for January 2025 in Buchan, Victoria, where members can engage in thrilling caving experiences while learning about the latest scientific discoveries in speleology.

The ASF also encourages public participation through donations and memberships, fostering a community that values and safeguards Australia’s stunning underground landscapes. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced caver, the ASF offers a wealth of resources and adventure opportunities.
