## Description

CBGame is a young board game publisher based in southern Germany, creating original games inspired by the founders’ passion for playing. The company focuses on titles that are quick to learn while offering lively, dynamic gameplay, and develops games its team enjoys returning to themselves. Its featured game, RUNES, is a tile-placement game presented as a modern classic: the rules are simple to pick up, but each session can unfold differently, with suspense lasting until the final turn. Designed for two to five players aged eight and up, a typical game takes around 20 minutes. Players race to place all their coins on rune stones, choosing positions carefully, building over opponents’ pieces, and using powerful rituals to create unexpected twists. RUNES is listed in CBGame’s online shop, though the site currently marks it as sold out. CBGame also provides game instructions and invites visitors to subscribe to its newsletter for updates.
