## Description

Citizens' Committee for Children of New York (CCC) is dedicated to ensuring the health, housing, education, and safety of every child in New York. With a powerful vision and mission, CCC works tirelessly to advance well-being, equity, and justice for all children in the city. CCC's work is based on three pillars: research and data analysis, advocacy, and civic engagement. Through careful analysis of data, CCC identifies solutions to systemic inequities and publishes valuable research on child and family well-being. They also collaborate with coalitions and campaigns to influence budget, legislative, and policy decisions at various levels of government. Moreover, CCC mobilizes both young people and adults through leadership programs and advocacy trainings, raising awareness of systemic inequities and amplifying the voices of those most affected. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion, CCC strives to improve its practices every day, ensuring that the communities they advocate for are represented and respected. With values rooted in justice, equity, integrity, belonging, and accountability to the community, CCC works diligently to bring about positive change for New York's children and families.
