CCHP Health Plan is dedicated to providing its members with accessible healthcare resources during this critical time of crisis and public health emergency. Our primary goal is to ensure that our members can easily access COVID-19 testing options and approved vaccines as they become available. We offer comprehensive coverage for COVID-19-related services, including vaccines, PCR testing, home antigen tests, and necessary treatments. CCHP members in Individual and Family, Covered California, and Employer Group plans can receive these services at no cost within or outside of our provider network until November 11, 2023. Even after this date, you will continue to receive the same coverage within our network. For our Medicare Advantage members, COVID-19 vaccines will remain covered at no cost. PCR testing will also be covered, but home test kits will no longer be included. COVID-19 treatment within our network will be covered with applicable out-of-pocket costs. If you or someone you know has Medi-Cal, please be aware that the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration will result in the resumption of annual renewal screenings. Make sure to take the necessary steps to maintain your coverage. If you are no longer eligible for Medi-Cal, our affordable CCHP Balance plans are available to minimize disruptions to your healthcare access.
