## Description

CCR Forming Ltd is a British manufacturer specializing in precision cold roll formed metal rings made from coil, strip and sheet. With more than 40 years of industry experience, the company serves customers around the world and supports projects across sectors including aerospace, heating and ventilation, telecommunications, land-based turbines, percussion drums, storage drums, chimney flues, lighting and rail.

Its core service is roll forming, which produces bespoke profiles in a range of alloys and material thicknesses. CCR can supply straight sections cut to length and circular components such as engine liners, heat shields and bands. The company also provides in-house tooling design and manufacture, hydraulic expanding to size formed rings, spot and manual TIG welding, and pressing for products including washers, brackets, clamps and clips.

For customers seeking a broader project solution, CCR can coordinate additional processes through its local subcontractor network, including heat treatment, electrical discharge machining (EDM), laser processing and non-destructive testing (NDT).
