CDEL-ONG (Centre de Développement Économique Local) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in April 2005, dedicated to supporting economic actors and vulnerable individuals in communities. Based in the 8th district of Cotonou, CDEL offers a range of services to empower youth, girls, and women, promote education and training for diverse young people, tackle climate change adaptation, and promote gender justice and diversity.
Over the years, CDEL has expanded its reach and activities. Starting with three districts in Cotonou Nord-Ouest, they now operate in the entire Cotonou area and have gradually extended their work to the Southern region of Benin.
