## Description

CDI France is an employment services company focused on permanent, shared-time work arrangements. It makes employees available to client businesses through a shared-time permanent employment contract, which can be structured on a full-time or part-time basis. This model is designed to help organizations manage skills and staffing needs while retaining flexibility in human resources and supporting lasting employment.

The company serves both client businesses and employees. For employers, CDI France presents shared-time employment as a way to access staff suited to their activities and support the development of their projects. It also emphasizes listening to clients and their teams, protecting confidential information, and helping employees integrate into client workplaces.

For its employees, the company highlights training as an important part of employability and professional development. It seeks to help staff update and strengthen their skills, and to access qualifications and diplomas relevant to their assignments and career plans. CDI France is led by co-founders Tewfik D. and Olivier G.
