## Description

CDKL5 Alliance Francophone is an association bringing together French, Luxembourgish, and Belgian families affected by CDKL5 disorder. It provides information and resources for families navigating the condition, from learning about its history and genetic mutations to understanding the disability diagnosis and finding answers to common questions. The association also shares practical guidance for daily life, including administrative procedures in France and Belgium, rehabilitation approaches, equipment, useful tips, and a glossary of relevant terms.

Research is another central focus. CDKL5 Alliance Francophone highlights international conferences, encourages support for research, and directs families to the International CDKL5 Database managed by the IFCR. The organization offers ways to become a member or make a donation, and shares information about its statutes and leadership. Families can also connect with others through the association’s official Facebook page and a separate, independent CDKL5 France Facebook group for private exchanges. Overall, the association serves as an information and community resource for francophone families affected by CDKL5 disorder.
