## Description

The CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals is a progressive charity focused on dismantling economic and social barriers that hinder Black youth aged 14 to 30. Based in Scarborough, Ontario, CEE's mission is to empower young professionals with the skills and resources necessary for achieving financial prosperity. They offer a variety of career training programs across six key sectors: Technology, Entertainment, Social Services, Finance, Trades, and Hospitality.

In addition to job training, CEE plays an active role in community engagement, providing leadership development through initiatives like the CEE Essentials Suite and leading civic projects in Toronto's social service sector. The center also hosts the Black To The Future Community of Practice, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

CEE's dedication to social enterprise is reflected in programs such as CEE Talent, connecting employers with talented alumni for creative projects. Through education, advocacy, and empowerment, the CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals works tirelessly to create a supportive avenue for Black youth to thrive in their careers.
