## Description

Celebrating Abilities Inc is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit charity in Victoria, Australia, dedicated to improving health and wellbeing for people of all ages and abilities. Its programs support people living with physical, acquired, intellectual, emotional or mental health challenges, as well as those experiencing marginalisation. The organisation combines NDIS-funded services with charitable support to create inclusive, joyful physical experiences and address unmet community needs.

Its offerings include neuroscience-based exercise physiology and recreational programs, NDIS respite care through health and wellness camps, and assistance with daily personal activities. Sessions may incorporate exercise rehabilitation, pain management, motor-skill development, balance and coordination activities, flexibility and strength training, mindfulness, breathing and meditation. The organisation also promotes nutrition education, social and life skills, and community participation. Activities can include personal training and movement experiences such as circus, aerial silks, aerial yoga and Lyra hoops.

Celebrating Abilities seeks to build mobility, confidence, body awareness and functional fitness while supporting cognitive development and wellbeing.
