## Description

Cellia is an innovative façade module developed through a collaboration between Progetto CMR and Focchi, designed to enhance building efficiency and functionality. Featuring the CELLIA® LIFE system showcased at Milan Design Week, it integrates climate control and ventilation within a single modular unit. This versatile solution can include various additional functions such as energy production through photovoltaic panels, fixed sun shading systems, and both internal and external lighting.

Cellia is tailored for both new constructions and retrofitting existing buildings, boasting a flexible, modular design that meets regulatory requirements while improving energy efficiency and reducing operational costs. Its smart installation ensures minimal disruption, allowing buildings to remain operational during upgrades. The product line includes interactive cell façades, continuous and ribbon façades, and traditional masonry options, all designed for easy customization.

With a commitment to sustainability, Cellia not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also promotes energy conservation, allowing clients to access incentives and financing for energy-efficient improvements.
