## Description

CELT Bergen op Zoom is a centre for experiential and body-oriented therapy, helping people explore wellbeing through attention to their bodies and personal experience. The centre offers haptotherapy to support clients in finding or restoring balance, focusing to encourage listening to bodily signals, and resilience training to help people feel more grounded and confident. CELT also provides workshops and training that invite participants to learn and practise approaches to improving their own wellbeing.

CELT is led by Mireille Lammens, whose background includes teaching judo and aiki-jutsu, as well as working as a haptotherapist and focusing guide. This combination informs the centre’s distinctive, body-based approach. Judo is also offered, with an emphasis on working together respectfully. Based in Bergen op Zoom, CELT welcomes people seeking individual support or opportunities to learn through workshops and training. Its services centre on the idea that the body can help tell a person’s story and offer a route towards greater awareness and balance. CELT is located on Antwerpsestraatweg in Bergen op Zoom.
