The Center for Healthy Families is dedicated to building bridges to brighter futures. Through their Healthy Families program, they offer a range of community- and school-based services to support individuals in various areas of their lives. These services include everything from helping individuals graduate high school and access post-secondary education to providing support during pregnancy and childbirth.

They also focus on establishing healthy and supportive relationships, preventing additional pregnancies, finding safe and stable housing, and preparing individuals for the workforce. One of their initiatives, The Black Girls' & Young Women's Collective, aims to bridge the gaps faced by Black girls. They provide a platform for these young women to express their challenges, ideas, and needs, allowing The Center to better support them.

Additionally, their Advocacy, Public Policy, and Information (API) efforts address the systemic forces that disproportionately impact Black youth, seeking to close gaps and lessen disparities.
