## Description

Plus X Innovation develops collaborative workspaces and innovation hubs designed to help businesses, entrepreneurs, and local communities thrive. Its roots lie in the Central Research Laboratory (CRL), established in Hayes, West London, in 2015. Building on the area’s heritage of invention, CRL combined coworking space, specialist prototyping facilities, expert support, and hardware-focused programmes. From 2015 to 2023, it became an award-winning hub for product makers and hardware pioneers, supporting founders and growing businesses while contributing to local economic development.

Today, Plus X Innovation offers coworking memberships and private office space in Brighton and Slough, alongside meeting rooms, event spaces, prototyping workshops, photography and virtual reality studios, and podcast studios. Members can access flexible work environments, building facilities, and in-house expertise. The company also runs business support and innovation programmes, community events, and team away days, and works with property partners and organisations on corporate innovation. Its approach brings workspace, practical resources, and business support together to encourage collaboration, develop ideas, and help companies grow.
