Founded by parents seeking to address unmet needs in their community, the Centre aims to be a welcoming “second home” for participants and their loved ones. Its services support people with a range of disabilities and include daytime activities for adults aged 21 and older, respite care at home for people aged six and up, weekend respite stays, and a summer day camp. The organization also offers permanent accommodation through Manoir Horizon, with the service described as beginning in spring 2025. Adapted activities are designed to meet participants’ needs, encourage social inclusion, and provide a stimulating, versatile environment. Alongside its core programs, the Centre organizes community events and invites people to become members, volunteer through available employment opportunities, or contribute through general, expansion, and in memoriam donations. Based in Châteauguay, Centre Multifonctionnel Horizon works to support individuals with disabilities across ages and their families through practical services and community connection. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/centrehorizon) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/lecentrehorizon) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/centre-multifonctionnel-horizon-lery) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idsUs688Dy/w/500/h/259/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793598133083) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idsUs688Dy/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793598133493) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Hot Cinnamon | #e25b1d | accent | | Genoa | #198754 | dark | | Cadet Blue | #a9b8c3 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
