## Description

The Centre d’éducation somatique du Plateau is a somatic education centre associated with Odette Guimond, offering learning experiences in the Feldenkrais® Method and Emotional Body® / Alba Emoting™. Based in Montreal, Quebec, the centre invites participants to explore how they move and feel, with attention and without judgment. Its approach presents somatic education as developing awareness of the living body and the body–mind relationship through movement and interaction with the surrounding environment.

Services include group lessons, individual lessons, and workshops or conferences focused on Feldenkrais® and the emotional body. The centre also provides information about somatic education, its methods, and Odette Guimond, alongside participant testimonials and educational resources. Its website features a presentation by Guimond on the biography of Moshe Feldenkrais. These offerings are for people interested in learning through movement and deepening awareness of their physical experience. Sessions are scheduled according to workshop hours and by request. The centre is located at 1012 Avenue du Mont-Royal Est, office 107, Montreal.
