## Description

The Centre for Women & Co. is a not-for-profit organisation supporting women and their families across the Redlands and Logan region of Queensland. Its work focuses on educating, supporting and empowering women, with specialist services addressing domestic and family violence and women’s wellbeing. Services are free and available to women and children who live or work in the Logan, Beenleigh and Redlands regions. People can contact the organisation directly to make a self-referral, or be referred by another organisation or a doctor. The Centre also provides resources and training, and shares information about its impact and ways to support its work, including donations. Its approach is grounded in respect for First Nations peoples and recognition of their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community. The organisation acknowledges the Jagera, Yugambeh and Quandamooka peoples and the many Indigenous nations across Australia, and emphasises collaboration and reconciliation. To arrange an appointment, people can call 07 3050 3060. For emergencies, the Centre directs callers to Triple Zero or DV Connect.
