Centrica Care Navigators supports individuals and families in Southwest Michigan as they navigate serious illness, end-of-life care, and grief. The organization offers guidance throughout each person’s journey, helping clients and loved ones find support suited to their needs and choices. Its services include home care, pain and symptom management, hospice and end-of-life care, and emotional and spiritual support.
