## Description

ANGSA Bari – Centro Enrico Micheli is a specialist day centre in Bari, Italy, dedicated to children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder. Opened in 2010 as a project of ANGSA Puglia, the centre is owned and managed by ANGSA Bari APS, the National Association of Parents of People with Autism. It is accredited by the regional health system under the applicable standards for socio-educational and rehabilitative services.

The centre aims to support autistic people and their families through rehabilitation, behavioural and cognitive-behavioural interventions based on scientifically validated, autism-specific methods and national and international guidelines. Its multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, professional educators and psychiatric rehabilitation therapists. Services include diagnostic and functional assessments, individualised treatment plans delivered at the centre, educational plans developed and supported at school and at home, and parent training. The centre serves different age groups on weekday schedules, with sessions for adolescents and young adults in the morning and for school-age children and adolescents in the afternoon.
